Abstract

Motor characterized in that the inner wall of the housing delimited by plates, respectively in the side walls comprises a transversal cross-section formed of two semi-circles of which the centres are offset with respect to each other and of which the ends of the semi-circles are connected by two parallel straight lines, housing wherein the oscillating pistons (8, 9), are sealingly arranged to the sides, respectively the rotating edges against the side walls and the inner wall, and in that there is provided in at least one side wall, particularly inside a surface delimited by the oscillating turning pistons (8, 9), an opening (356) leading to an inlet channel (146) which opens into the semi-circle acting as inlet chamber and which conducts the precompressed combustion gas through the chamber delimited inwardly by the housing and the oscillating pistons (8, 9) up to the combustion chamber. Small modifications enable to transform the motor into a compressor characterized in that it comprises at least two oscillating pistons (8, 9) arranged into a housing and oscillatingly carried by arms (17) which are connected to a drive shaft (16) arranged so as to rotate into the casing since the surface of the oscillating pistons (8, 9) facing to the outside is spaced from the inner wall of the casing and that the front and rear ends of the oscillating pistons (8, 9) slide, respectively are conducted during the rotation along the inner wall of the casing, and in that the inner wall of the casing delimited by the plates, respectively the side walls comprises a transversal cross-section formed of two semi-circles of which the centres are offset with respect to each other and of which the ends of the semi-circles are connected by two parallel straight lines, casing wherein the oscillating pistons (8, 9) are sealingly provided to the sides, respectively the rotating edges against the side walls and the inner wall.
