Abstract

Une methode d'assemblage de materiaux de construction comprend les etapes de formation, de preference par percage, d'une cavite communicant entre les parties a assembler, de remplissage sous pression de la cavite avec une matiere plastique et de solidification de la matiere plastique dans la cavite pour former une cheville d'assemblage. Un dispositif manuel d'injection du materiau plastique dans la cavite comprend un dispositif moteur (2), une meche de transport (4) du materiau plastique entrainee par le dispositif moteur, un cylindre entourant la meche et se terminant par un bec (8) en bout de meche, un dispositif d'alimentation en matiere plastique (9, 10, 11) communicant avec une partie du cylindre et un dispositif de chauffage pour chauffer la matiere plastique transportee par la meche. En fonctionnement, le bec du dispositif est appuye contre l'ouverture de la cavite pendant l'injection de la matiere plastique fondue dans la cavite, amenee par la meche et fondue par l'element chauffant.
