Abstract
Se describen nuevos péptidos insecticidas, polipéptidos, proteínas y nucleótidos; su expresión en cultivos y plantas; métodos de producción de péptidos, polipéptidos, proteínas y nucleótidos; nuevos procesos; nuevas técnicas de producción, nuevas formulaciones y nuevos organismos. La 5 presente descripción también está relacionada con los mutantes denominados polipéptidos con mutaciones de Av3 (AMP) que son una forma modificada no natural del péptido, Av3, aislado de la anémona de mar, Anemonia viridis. Aquí describimos: los polinucleótidos que codifican AMP; diversas formulaciones y combinaciones de polinucleótidos y péptidos; y métodos para usarlos que son útiles para el control de insectos.
