Abstract
La invención provee un anticuerpo anti-CD19 humanizado o un fragmento de unión al antígeno de este que comprende una región variable de cadena ligera (VL) y una de cadena pesada (VH) en el que las regiones VL y VL humanizadas derivan del anticuerpo FMC63 clon anti-CD19 de ratón; la región VL humanizada y/o la región VH humanizada comprenden una o más sustituciones de aminoácidos en la región marco. El anticuerpo anti-CD19 humanizado o fragmento de unión al antígeno puede ser parte de un fragmento variable de cadena simple (scFv), un receptor de antígenos quiméricos o un receptor de linfocitos T.
