Abstract

Invención referida a la producción de una gonadotropina coriónica equina recombinante (reCG), a una composición veterinaria comprendiendo la reCG, su uso o de la composición. La reCG posee un perfil de glucosilación similar al de las gonadotropinas coriónicas comercialmente disponibles y exhibe un nivel de actividad in vivo correspondiente al eCG, similar al de las hormonas FSH y LH. Tiene aplicación a la biotecnología al campo de reproducción asistida veterinaria, es adecuada para el tratamiento veterinario, a la reproducción y a la ovulación de mamíferos, para la fabricación de kits de diagnóstico o como suplemento para el cultivo de células.
