Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a nuevos compuestos modulares de ROR¿ que contienen un armazón de 4-[2-(4-sulfonilfenil)acetamido]benzamida, según la Fórmula I: o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de los mismos. Estos compuestos pueden usarse como inhibidores de ROR¿ y son útiles para el tratamiento de enfermedades o trastornos mediados por ROR¿, en particular enfermedades autoinmunitarias y enfermedades inflamatorias.
