Abstract

Una forma farmacológica peroral sólida para la anticocepción contiene como componente de pricipio activo 17a .cianometil.17-B- hidroxiestra-4,9-dien-3-ona (dienogest) en una dosis diaria igual o menor que 2,0 mg y como otro componente de principio activo 17a-etinilestradiol (etinilestradiol) en una dosis diaria menor que 0,03 mg junto con uno o varios portadores farmacéuticamente aceptable. El dienogest se libera proporcionalmete en al menos dos fases y el etinilestradiol se libera al mismo tiempo con la primera fase del dienogest.
