Abstract

Στερεή διαστοματική φαρμακευτική μορφή για αντισύλληψη περιέχει ως δραστικό συστατικό την 17α-κυανομεθυλο-17-β-υδροξυοιστρα-4,9-διεν-3-όνη (διενογέστη) σε ημερήσια δόση μικρότερη ή ίση με 2.0 mg και ως έτερο δραστικό συστατικό την 17α-αιθινυλοιστραδιόλη (αιθινυλοιστραδιόλη) σε ημερήσια δόση μικρότερη από 0.03 mg μαζί με έναν ή περισσότερους φαρμακευτικά αποδεκτούς φορείς. Η διενογέστη απελευθερώνεται διαιρεμένη σε τουλάχιστον δύο φάσεις ενώ η αιθινυλοιστραδιόλη απελευθερώνεται ταυτόχρονα με την πρώτη φάση της διενογέστης.
