Abstract
SE PRESENTAN COMPOSICONES SABORIZANTES MEJORADAS QUE CONTIENEN AL MENOS UN AGENTE SABORIZANTE Y UNA CANTIDAD EFICAZ DE N-ETILO-P-MENTANO-3-CRBOXAMIDA. EL N-ETILO-P-MENTANO-3-CARBOXAMIDA SE ENCUENTRA PRESENTE EN 0,04 A 2,2% POR PESO DE LA COMPOSICIóN SABORIZANTE MEJORADA. LA INVENCIÓN, ADEMÁS, SE REL ACIONA CON LAS GOMAS DE MASCAR Y LAS COMPOSICIONES PARA REPOSTERÍA QUE CONTIENEN UNA CANTIDAD SABORIZANTE EFICAZ DE LAS COMPOSICIONES SABORIZANTES MEJ ORADAS. El uso de sustancias como intensificadores de sabor, proporcionan un efecto sinérgico. El sinergismo en la saborización consiste en la adición de cantidades muy pequeñas de un material no específico para acentuar el material saborizante específico, entre ellos se incluyen ácido cítrico en menta para acentuar la menta, vainilla chocolate para acentuar el sabor a chocolate, aceite de limón en melazas, aceite de menta en licor. La composición de goma de mascar puede contener solventes elastómeros para ayudar en la suavización del componente polimérico, por ejemplo: metilo, glicerol, o pentaeritritol o colofonías modificadas, como las hidrogenadas, dimerizadas o polimerizadas o mezclas que se obtienen de ellas.
