Abstract
Método para preparar una suspensión de cristales de hielo en una solución de azúcar, en virtud del cual una primera solución de azúcar concentrada y una segunda solución de azúcar menos concentrada o agua se enfrían individualmente a una temperatura de apenas algo más que la temperatura límite de metaestabilidad de la solución respectiva y apenas algo más que el punto de fusión de la solución respectiva antes de la mezcla, en el entendido de que si una o ambas soluciones se enfrían a una temperatura de apenas algo menos que la temperatura límite de metaestabilidad de la solución respectiva y apenas algo menos que el punto de fusión de la solución respectiva, la solución respectiva quedará super-enfriada.
