Abstract

La invención se refiera a una botella plástica para la retención de líquidos bajo presión, y mas particularmente a una base integral mejorada para dichas botellas. Dicha botella (10) es moldeada por soplado, de resina termoplástico, y tiene un cuerpo hueco con una pared lateral generalmente cilíndrica rotacionalmente simétrica alrededor de un eje de simetría longitudinal (Y) de la botella, y una base integral que se fusiona con la pared lateral (24). Se caracteriza porque dicha base (28) esta definida por una superficie externa que comprende una pluralidad de salientes (32) hacia abajo extendidas curvadamente separadas una de la otra por segmentos hemisféricos (30) extendidos desde la pared lateral cilíndrica (24) hasta el eje de simetría longitudinal de la botella (Y), teniendo cada una de dichas salientes hacia abajo extendidas curvadamente una primera porción inclinada (40) contigua al eje de simetría longitudinal, una segunda porción inclinada (42) situada radialmente hacia fuera de, y axialmente desplazada hacia abajo desde, la primera porción inclinada, un segmento de anillo (44) generalmente perpendicular que tiene un borde superior unido con la primera porción inclinada y un borde inferior unido con la segunda porción inclinada, y una porción curvada radialmente hacia fuera y hacia arriba que define la extensión mas inferior, axialmente, de cada saliente hacia abajo y que tiene un borde interno unido con la segunda porción inclinada y un borde externo unid con la pared lateral cilíndrica.
