DESIGN FOR ORGAN-CASE'S.
Specification forming part of Design No. 9,014, dated April 17, 1877 application tiled February 28, 1877. [Term of Patent 14 years.)
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, JOHN R. LOMAS, of New Haven, in the county of New Haven and State of Connecticut, have invented a new Design for Organ-Case; and I do hereby declare the following, when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings and the letters of reference marked thereon, to be afull, clear, and exact description of the same,and which said drawings constitute part of this specification, and represent a perspective view. p
This invention relates to a design for the case of reed-organs and similar instruments, and consists in the peculiar configuration and ornamentation of the case, as hereinafter speciled.
The general outline of the case does not differ materially from previous construction. The panels on the ends, as also the panels in the front, have a raised surface, a, vertically tinted, as clearly shown in the illustration, the front panels in this case heilig on hinged doors. In the recess in the front there is a similar raised surface, a', transversely fluted.

2. The herein-described design for orgau cases, consisting of the square columns at the corners of the case, with an ornamental corbel on the face at the top and hase, and ute on the. angles-of the columns, as shown in the accompanying illustration.

as shown in the accompanying ill nstration.
4. The herein -describcd design for linupbrackets for organ-cases, essentially square in forrn, with a concave curve at the angles, and ornament on the front, as shown in the accompanying illustration.
