To all whom it may concern.

Be it known that I, JAMES HARNEY, 0f the city of Brooklyn, county of Kings and State of N ew York, have invented a Design for Ventilator or Ventilatingfiaps, of which the following is a specification:

This invention does not relate to the construction of the ventilating-cap, as I have already claimed the devices of construction in an application therefor, and confined thereto, now pending in the United States Patent 01'- iice; but this invention herein described relates only to the design, as herein shown and described; and the nature of my design is fully represented in the drawings accompanying, towhich reference is made, and in which- Figure 1 is a perspective View of ventilator. Fig. 2 is an elevation of the same.

A represents the base of the structure. B represents a cap. 0 G are plates, standing out from the base A, meeting at the top, forming an angle. 1) D are similar plates, the angle being reversed. A fancy open-work surrounds the base of cap, as shown.

The effect produced of light and shade, through the medium of the parts shown, as Well as the general contour, is highly ornamental.

I do not claim, as in anywise a part of this application, the constructive parts of the ventilator; but

hat I claim is- The design for a ventilator-cap, consisting of the base A, pyramidical roof B, triangular plates 0 C and l) 1), substantially as shown and described.
