DESIGN FOR A HANDLE FOR RASPS OR FILES.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 35,505, dated December 31, 1901- Application filed November 13, 1901.. Serial No. 82,162. Term of patent 3% years.
[0 signs for handles for rasps or files, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof, in whicha Figure 1 is a perspective of my handle. Fig. 3 is an end elevation of the same.
The numeral 1 designates an elliptical uni formly-beveled grip which bears a reduced shank 2 at one end, having an enlarged head The head 3 is rounded 0% on the back at 4 and apertured at 5. A rectangular aperture 7 traverses the head longitudinally, and a rounded face 8 is formed on the front thereof.
The essential or material features of my design are the elliptical beveled gripl and the reduced shank 2, bearing the enlarged head 3, formed on one side thereof and having a rectangular aperture therein.
