DESIGN FOR A COMPASS-CARD.
SPECIFICATION forming` part of Design No. 34,336, dated April 9, 1901. Application filed March 2, 1901. Serial No. 49,660. Tenn of patent 14 years.
To a/ZZ whom it may concern:
Beit known that I, WEBSTER L. MARBLE, a citizen of the United States, residing at Gladstone, in the county of Delta and State of Michigan, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Compass-Cards; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full,
clear, and exact description of the invention,
gular, with slightly-concave sides and deeplyconcaved base, the angles being cut off when they touch the central spot l and the circular periphery of the card. The two other cardinal points are alike, having narrow stems 4 radiating from the center spot I and broad lanceolate heads 4, Whose points touch the periphery of the circle. The northeast, southeast,northwest, and southwest points are indicated by narrow bars 5, having parallel sides and radiating from the center spot l toward the periphery of the circle. A diametrical line 6 is drawn from north to south and another, 7, from east to west.
What I claim is- The design for a compass-card, substantially as herein shown and described.
