SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 26, 593, dated February 2, 1897.
Application fil d December 31, 1896. Serial No. 617,658. Term of patent 7 years.

Be it known that we, \VILMO'I. CAs'IfLE and ARTHUR CASTLE, citizens of the United States, i and residents of the city of Rochester, county l of Monroe, and State of New York, have inj vented and produced a certain new and usei'ul Design for Radiators, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, which represents 1 an elevation of a radiator embodying our 1 design.
The distinctive features olf our design are hereinafter described, and pointed out in the claim, and consist in the contour and ornamentation of the top and base pieces and in the combination of these top and base pieces with the connecting-commns.
The top piece A has a top in a horizontal plane and a depending ogee edge, upon which is a band 0, consisting of the arabesque serollsarranged symmetrically with reference to the middle vertical line thereof upon the convex portion of the ogee. The base-pieee I is similar to the top piece A and has a band 11 upon it with like arahesqne scrolls. The legs 0, depending from the hase-piccc I), have the radiating ornaments 0.
Between the base-piece l and the top piece A are a series of columns D, having deprcs sions or indentations symmetrically arranged upon their convex surfaces. The arrangement of these depressions is qninenncial.
\Vhat we claim is The design for a radiator, substantially as herein shown and described.
