To all whom, it may concern:
Be it known that I, GUSTAVE Voe'r, a citi- Zen of the United States, residing at Limoges, France, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Cover Dishes, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof, and in which- Figure 1 is a plan View of the cover-dish, showing my new design; and Fig. 2 is a side View thereof.
As shown in the drawings, the leading or material feature of my design consists of the foliate border around the top, in which are arranged at suitable intervals individual flowers or leaves, the same ornamentation being repeated around the base, and a group of flowers forming a central ornament on the top.
Referring to the drawings, A indicates the top border, made up of chains of leaves or flowers interspersed with larger individual leaves or flowers a, the inner edge of the border being defined by a scalloped configuration I), along which are disposed dots or pearls 0. An ornamental center pi'ece is formed on the top by the group of flowers or leaves d. A foliated loop 6 has the flowers or leaves cl clustered about it. The ornamental top border is repeated around the base at f, while around the side of the upper part of the body of the dish a festoon border 9 is arranged. The ends of the body of the dish are terminated by foliated loops h.
What I claim is The design for a cover-dish, substantially as shown and described.
