DESIGN FOR A BREAD OR CAKE TRAY.
SPECIFICATION formingpart of Design No. 27,935, dated December 7, 1897.
Application filed October 20, 1897. Serial No. 655,362. Term of patent 8% years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, Lows WoJIDKoW, a citizen of the United States, residing atBrooklyn, county of Kings, and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Bread or Cake Trays, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the aceompan ying drawings, forming a part thereof.
Figure 1 is a plan view of a bread or cake tray, showing mynewdesign. Fig. 2 isacentral longitudinal section. Fig. 3 is a central transverse section.
As shown in the drawings, the leading or material feature of my design consists of a series of radiating falciform or horn-shaped elevations extending along the surface of the rim.
The body of the tray has a flattened bottom a and a flaring rim A, the upper part of said rim being provided with scallops Z), which are edged by means of a beaded border I). At
the ends of the tray are formed beaded loops C O.
Radiating from a point near the bottom a, so as to extend toward the outer edge of the tray, are ornamental side figures composed of several series of faleiform elevations d, which are convexed and which are spread outwardly or flare in opposite directions away from the mid-length of the tray,so that the points thereof extend toward the ends of the tray.
Having described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is
A design for a bread or cake tray, substantially as herein shown and described.
