DESIGN FOR A FORK, EGG-HOLDER, AND BEATER.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 32,785, dated June 5, 1900.
Application filed April 18,1900. Sei-itil No. 13,401. Term of patent 3l years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known ihatl, ZENASB. OSGOOD, a citizen of the United States, residing,r at Portland, in the county of Cumberland and State of Maine, have invented a new and original Design for a Fork, Egg-Holder, and Heater, of which the following is a specification.
This invention relates to a new and original design for a fork, egg-holder, and beater; and the essential feature resides in au intermediate twisted handle with one extremity formed with a plurality of loops of elliptical eontou r having a deflection in reverse directions and the opposite extremity having parallel members which are curved in part.
In the drawings, Figure 1 is a perspective View of a fork, egg-holder, and beater embodying the features of the design. Fig. 2 is a side elevation of the same.
The intermediate handle portion l is regnlarly twisted and has at one extremity two divergent en rved members 2 of elliptieal eontour, which cross each other at theironter p01 tions and continue into secondary smaller elliptical bends 3, which terminate in a cen- 25 wally-disposed ellipse 4. The secondary elliptieal bends 3 stand outward from the plane of the members 2 and at an angle to the lutter, and the ellipse 4 extends between the bends 3 and has a reverse angular direction. 39 The opposite extremity of the utensil has parallel arms 5, which are straight and termi` nate in parallel concave-convex bends G and in the shape of a fork wi th the said additional curved configuration.
Having thus described the invention, what is claimed as new is- The design fora fork, egg-holderand beater, herein shown and described.
