EDlVARD C. BERGER, OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
DESIGN FOR A SPATU LA.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 32,481, dated April 10, 1900.
Application filed February 2'7, 1900. Serial No. 6,763- Term of patent 7 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, EDWARD C. BERGER, a citizen of the United States, residing at South Bend, in the county of St. Joseph and State of Indiana, haveinvented and produced a new and original Design for a Spatula; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exactdescription of the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.
My invention relates to a design for spatulas; and the essential feature of my design consists in a flat blade-like portion provided with sharp edges upon one of its sides and its outer end and a curved handle, which is attached to the blade-like portion or spatula at one end, as will be more fullydescribed hereinafter.
In the accompanying drawings, which represent my invention, Figure 1 is a plan View of aspatula which embodies mydesigu. Fig. 2 is an edge View of the same.
A represents the spatula, which is an clongated fiat blade having a sharp edge B upon one of its sides and upon its outer end. The two outer corners of the blade are made square; but both of its inner corners are slightly rounded, as shown. To the innerend of the spatula or bladelike portion A is secured a curved handle 0.
Having thus described my invention, I claim The design for a spatula, substantially as shown and described.
