DESIGN FOR A KRAUT-CUTTER.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design N0. 30,290, dated February 28, 1899. Application filed February 1, 1899. Serial No. 704,182. Term of patent 7 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, N EHEMIAH ELLIS, a citizen of the United States, residing at Windfall, in the county of 'lipton and State of Indiana, have invented and produced a certain new and original Design for Kraut-0utters; and I do declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same.
The invention has relation to a new and original design for krant-cntters; and it consists of a kraut-outter of the configuration shown in the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 is a perspective view, and Fig. 2 is an edge view, looking in the direction of the cutter.
The leading features of the design consist in a reversely-cnrved cutter-blade, the upper edge of which tapers from its central portion to its ends, while its lower edge lies in a true horizontal plane. A. handle projects from the upper edge of the cutting-blade and is formed at its upper end with a handhold.
