DESIGN FOR AN AERATING AGITATOR FOR CHURN-DASHERS.
SPECIFICATION forming part of IlJesign No. 32,671, dated May 15, 1900.
Application filed April 9, 1900. Serial No. 12,256. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom if may concern:
Be it known that I, JOSEPH H. MILLER, a citizen of the United States, residing at Oklahoma, in the county of Oklahoma and Territory of Oklahoma, have invented and produeed a. new and original Design for an Aerating Agitator for Chnrn-Dashers, of which the following is a specification.
This invention relates to a new and original design for an aerating agitator for churndashers; and it has for its object to provide a design of this character which shall be both useful and ornamental.
The leading feature of the design resides in a tubularstem provided with a series of spaced parallel inverted cup disks encircling the same.
The minor feature of the design is the stem, being of a truly cylindrical form and having an inverted cup-disk at each extreme end thereof and one of said disks also at a central point between its ends.
An additional minor feature is the cupdisks, being of a circular shape and having straight pendent rims at their peripheral edges.
In the drawings, Figure 1 is a perspective view of an aerating agitator for churn-dashers embodying the herein-described design. Fig. 2 is an inverted perspective of the same.
Referring particularly to the drawings, the numeral 1 designates a straight tubular stem of a cylindrical shape and provided with a series of spaced inverted cup-disks 2 encircling the same. As shown, the said stem is provided with one of the cup-disks at each extreme end thereof and also at an intermediate point between its ends, and all of said cupdisks are duplicates and are each of a circular shape with straight pendent rims 3 at their peripheral edges.
What is claimed is- The design for an aerating agitator for churn-dashers herein shown and described.
