FRANK S. WEAVER, OF MOUNT HOLLY, NEW JERSEY.
DESIGN FOR A CHAIN-LINK BLANK.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 32,107, dated January 16, 1900.
Application filed December 16, 1899- Qerittl No. 740,604. Term of patent 3 years.
To all whom it; may concern:
Be it known that I, FRANK S. WEAVER, a citizen of the United States, residing at Mount Holly, in the county of Burlington and State of New Jersey, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Chain-Link Blank, of which the following is a specification.
This invention relates to a new and original design for a chain-link blank, and the essential feature resides in the similar shape of connected link members, which will be more fully hereinafter referred to.
The accompanying drawing represents a plan view of a chain-link blank embodying the features of the design.
The numerals 1 and 2 designate the opposite similar members of the chain-link blank, which have intermediate concaved edges 3 and substantially circular ends 4, which are free and provided with circular openings 5, one of said openings being formed in each free end. The opposite portions of the members 1 and 2 are continued into a flat web 0, having rounded corners 7, a transverse straight edge 8, and opposite circular openings E). The outer concaved edges 3 continue into the circular ends 4 and the curved corners 7, and the inner concaved edges 3 connect at a point between the circular openings 9 at one extremity and merge into the curved ends 4 in a manner similar to the outer edges 3.
Having thus described the invention, What is claimed as new is- The design for a chain-link blank, herein shown and described.
