BENJAMIN F. OTTO, OF HARMONY, PENNSYLVANIA.
DESIGN FOR A BUTTER MOLD OR PRINT.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, BENJAMIN F. OTTO, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Harmony P. 0., in the county of Butler and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a certain new and useful Design for a Butter Mold or Print; and I do hereby de clare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, which forms a part of this specification.
In the drawing I have shown a perspective view of my design for a butter mold, this view being all that is deemed necessary to fully illustrate my design.
The leading feature of my design consists in the diagonally-corrugated bottom and the inwardly-tapering sides and ends of thebutter-receptacle.
In the drawing, A represents the ends and B the sides of a box-shaped receptacle which tapers slightly inward at the bottom and havingits upper edges rounded or chamfered, as at G, said chamfer commencing at the inner edges and sloping outward.
O is a diagonallycorrugated bottom arranged horizontally within the box and supported upon cross-pieces D. extending from one side of the box to the other.
E indicates shallow recesses formed in each end of the box and located near the bottom edges thereof.
F represents the circular heads of pins fl ush with the side walls of the box.
What I claim is The design for a butter mold or print, substantially as herein shown and described.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto affixed my signature in thepresence of two subscribing witnesses.
BENJAMIN F. OTTO. Witnesses:
