Be it known that I, FRANK J. Dmcom, a citizen of the United States, residing at ProvL deuce, in the State of Rhode Island, have invented a newand original Design for the Handle of a Button-Hook or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.
In the accompanying drawing the figure represents the face view of a button-hook l handle embodying my new design.
As shown in the drawing, the leading or material features of my design consistin the transverse circular head a, the scrolls b b, the branching ornament c, the longitudinallycurved hollow fluting d, which joins the iongitudinally-curved hollow fluting e at the transverse line f, the flower ornament g, the foliated scrolls h h, the foliated scrolls ii, the
scrolls j, the foliatcd scrolls I: [6, with the ceu tral ornament 6, the scrolls m m, the reverse 1 scrolls n n, the panel 0, the rows of heads pp, 1 the foliatcd scrollsqq, the opposite shcllornal ments 7' r, the beads s s, the knohf, with the club-formed branches :1 u, and the terminal foliated scroll r. It is apparent that this design is also applicable to the handles of various similar articles. Having thus described my invention, what 5 I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters I Patent, is- The design for the handle of a button-hook E or similar article, as herein shown and described.
