DESIGN FOR A SOIL-PULVERIZING SECTION.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 29,548, dated October 25, 1898.
Application filed September 28, 1898. Serial No. 692,133. Term of patent 14 years.
To on whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, EDWIN E. PORTER, a citizen of the United States, residing at Canal Fulton, in the county of Stark and State of Ohio, have invented a new and original Design for Soil-Pulverizer Section s, of which the following is a specification, reference being had therein to the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 is a front view of a roll-section, illustrating my design; and Fig. 2 is an end elevation thereof.
The numerals 1 1 designate the heads of the roller, of the shape shown, the edges ofeaoh head being scalloped, as illustrated in Fig. 2. Connecting the points or raised portions of the scallops are the cross-bars 3, as shown,
the arrangement of the bars upon the periplb eries of the heads being such that a wavy or undnlatory surface for the roll-section is produced.
The leading features of the design are the scalloped heads, connected by the cross-bars, as shown, and the undulatory surface of the roll-section.
Vthat I claim as my invention is- The design for a soil-pulverizer section as herein shown and described.
