DESIGN FOR A FASTENlNG MEMBER.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 29,538, dated October 25, 1898.
Application filed September 29| 1898.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, NEWTON CRANE, of Newton, in the county of Middlesex and State of Massachusetts, have invented and produced a certain new and original Design for a Fastening Member, of which the following is a specification.
This invention relates to a new and original design for a member ot' a pair of fastening devices or clasps; and it consists in the novel features of shape and configuration hereinafter fully described and claimed and clearly illustrated upon the accompanying drawings.
Of the drawings, Figurel represents in perspective view a clasp or fastening member embodying my design. Fig. 2 represents a section through the same on the line 2 2 of Fig. 1.
The article of manufacture embodying my design is shown as a plate having the minor portion a thereof bent at an inclination to the Serial 110.692,234. Term of patent '7 years.
