To tZZ whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, HENRY L. This invention relates to a design for the handle of a spoon, fork, or similar article of table-service; and the design consists in the ornamentation of the handle, as hereinafter described, and shown in the accompanying illustration.
As herein shown, the handle expands slightly a little above its juncture with the lower end, then contracts, again gradually expanding toward the upper end, where it is ornamented by a spray of roses A, starting from a central rose B and extending down for a short distance upon either side of the handle and inclosing a plain panel C. Upon the slight expansion near the lower end of the spoon is a spray of roses D, extending up onto the plain panel C and downward toward the lowerend of the handle, all as shown in the accompanying illustration.
I claim The design for a handle for spoons, forks and similar articles, as herein shown and described.
In testimony whereof I have signed this specification in the presence of two subscribing witnesses.
