DESIGN FOR A KITCHEN-CABINET.
SPECIFICATION formingpart of Design N0. 28,768, dated May 31, 1898.
Application filed February 11, 1898. Serial No- 669,984. Term of patent 14 years.
I do hereby declare that the following is a full,
clear, and exact description of the invention, which will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, which forms a part of this specification.
The invention relates to a design f9r a kitchen-cabinet; and it consists, essentially,
in the novel construction and configuration given thereto, as hereinafter described.
In the accompanying drawing .the figure represents a perspective view of a kitchencabinet constructed in accordance with my design.
In the said drawing the reference-numeral 1 designates the lower portion of the cabinet, rectangular in shape, forming a receptacle for containing meal, flour, and other mate- This rectangular portion is provided with a number of vertical and longitudinal strips 3 and 4, form ing ornamental panels. In the front of the said receptacle is a door 5, provided with 0 strips 6 at the-edges, and also provided with curved strips 7, extending from top to bottom. The numeral 8 designates a doughboard and 9 the covers, provided with knobs 10 for the flour and meal bins. At the rear of said receptacle is a rectangular frame 12, provided with two lower drawers 13 and an upper drawer 1.4:- On topof this frame at each end is a drawer 15. The upper end of said frame is extended upwardly at the rear and has its upper edge inclined from the center toward each end, as shown, thereby giving'it an ornamental appearance.
What I claim is- The design for a kitchen-cabinet, substantially as shown and described.
