DESIGN FOR A HARNESS-DEE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 28,145, dated January 11, 1898.
Application filed November 16,1897. Serial No. 658,764. Term of patent 3% years.

Be it known that I, SCOTT H. HULL, a citizen of the United States, residing at Oskaloosa, in the county of Mahaska and State of Iowa have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Harness-Dee; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.
My invention relates to a novel design for a harness-dee or strap-guide, and is shown in the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 is a front view of a harness-dee embodying my design. Fig. 2 is a rear view of the same. Fig. 3 is an end View, and Fig.
4 is a central vertical section.
As shown in the drawings, the leading or material features of my design consist of a guide-plate A, formed with an elongated rectangular slot Z),a base-plate 0, having an orifice d, and an approximately inverted-L-shaped shank e, uniting said plates. The lower arm 6 of this shank is vertically disposed and rises from the said base-plate 0, while the upper horizontal arm 6- thereof extends forwardly and terminates at the rear side of the guideplate A, thus projecting the two plates in different vertical planes, one being disposed in advance of the other, as shown.
Having thus fully described my invention, What I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
The design for a harness-(lee, as herein shown and described.
