DESIGN FOR A WEAR-PLATE FOR BASKETS.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 25,994, dated September 8, 1896.
Application filed July 14, 1896. Serial No. 599,192. Term of patent 7 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, WILMOT B. THURLow, a citizen of the l'nited States, residing at Greens Landing, in the county of Hancock and State of Maine, have invented and produced a certain new and original Design for ear-Plates for Baskets, Boxes, and Similar Articles; and I do declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same.
My invention relates to wear-plates for baskets, boxes, and similar articles.
Figure l is a perspective View of a wearplate embodying my design. Fig. 2 is a transverse section of the same on the broken line 2 2 of Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 is a similar View on the line 3 3. i
The leading feature of my design consists of aplate having one side flat, the other rounded in form, and tapering from its center to its pointed ends.
\Vhat I claim is The design for a wear-plate for baskets, boxes and the like, substantially as herein shown and described.
