Be it known that I, JOHN B. MORGAN, a citizen of the United States, residing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, have invented a certain 5 Design for Ticking and other Woven Fabrics, of which the following is a specification.

My design for ticking or otherwoven fabrie is clearly illustrated in the accompanying drawing. I

:0 The essential feature of the design is the arrangement and-composition of the wide and narrow stripes alternatingwith each other on p a plain back ground, the wide stripes having dark supplemental stripes at each side.

:5 G is the wide stripe. I

-H is the narrow stripe and I is the back ground.

The wide stripe G has a tinted center g, a heavy stripe g' at each side separated from :0 the center bya very thin narrow stripe g? and beyond each dark stripe are the tinted stripes g. Separating the widestripe from the back ground is a narrowstripe g The iiarrowstripe H consists of a series of light stripes h and dark stripes h and tinted 2 5 stripes h, as clearly illustrated in the accompanying drawing.

The narrow stripes alternate with the wide stripes as shown. r

The design for woven fabric as herein described and elearly'shown in the accompanying drawing.
