Be it known that I, JOHN B. MORGAN, a citizen of the United States, residing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; have invented a certain My design for ticking or other woven fabric is clearlyilinstrated inthe accompanying drawing. i

The Inain featureof 4the design isthe ar-` rangement and composition of the wide and narrow stripes.

The wide stripe Rhas a well defined dark are two narrow dark stripes r separated from the central stripe 1 by narrow light stripes 'r2 and tinted stripes r3. Beyond the dark stripes r are tinted stripes fr".

The narrow stripeS is composed of two very narrow dark stripes s s and a tinted stripe s The 'tinted back ground TV separates the several stripes R and S and on each side of the stripes R, in the back ground,fis awhite stripe t, and at each side of the stripes S is a white stripe t', giving the effect clearly shown in the drawing. v
