The filling is composed of alternate vertical combinations of flenr-de-lis surmounted by scroll like leaves, above which is a winged insect whose body is of nut shape and surrounded by rays of light. This part of the design is surmounted by a fountain like capping and inclosed by rays of light thrown olf from a luminous stem 0n adark background.
The dado is a combination of tulips and leaves partitioned by bars having ornamental centers scalloped oblongs inclosing thistle like flowers and leaves.
