DESIGN FOR A CURTAIN-POLE BRACKET.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 21,932, dated October 25, 1892.
Application filed September 26| 1892. Serial No. 446.965. Term of patent 7 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, CHARLES W. SMITH, a citizen of the United States, residing at Norwalk, in the countyof Huron andState of Ohio, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in a Design for Curtain Pole Brackets; and I do declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, and to the letters of reference marked thereon, which forms a part of this specification.
This invention relates to cnrtainpole brackets; and it has for its object to provide anew design for brackets of this description.
My design is clearly illustrated in the accompanying drawing, in which I have shown a perspective View of a. curtain-pole bracket constructed in accordance with my design.
My design consists, essentially, of a shank or body portion A, which in eross-section is circular and in general contour is substantially bottle or pear shaped, having its larger end at A'. At its smaller end the said body portion A contacts with the periphery of a circular piece C, and attached to the periphery of this circular piece C, upon the side opposite to that at which the portion A is attached, is a small spherical or globular ornamental pieco D.
IVhat I claim to bc new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
'lhe design for a curtain-pole bracket, substantially as shown and described.
