DESIGN FOR A MACHINE-FRAME.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 19,745, dated April 1, 1890.
Application filed February 28, 1890. Serial No. 342,161. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, FRANCIS H. RICHARDS, ncitizcn of the United States, residing at Ilartford, in the county of I'Inrtford and State of Connecticut, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Machine-Frames, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawin g, forming part thereof.
In the drawing the machine-frame embodying my design is shown in side elevation, and the design shown is especially intended for the frames of grain-weighing machines.
The leading feature of my design consists in the figure G, mounted on a column B and set over one side of the column, and having the curved figure D extending outwardly and down ward] y. A further feature relates to the ornamentation of the design by the dividingband F at the top of the column and the broadened base H at the lower end thereof. The column B is shown formed symmetrical to a, central line a a and joins the broadened base 11 by the large curves 6 e, thus nmking a neat and handsome outline.
Having thus described mydcsign, I claim The design for a machine-frame herein shown and described, the same consisting in the figure (1, mounted on a. column and set over one side of said column and having the figure D downwardly projecting, as set forth.
