Be it known that we, Grosvenor N. Allen, Lloyd E. Ressegger, and Mary Parker Fleming, citizens of the United States, respectively, residing at Oneida, county of Madison and State of New York; at Oneida, county of Madison and State of New York and at Newark, county of Essex and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article, of which the following is `a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Figure l is a front view of a spoon showing our new design;

Figure 2 is a rear View of the spoon; and

Figures 3, 4 and 5 are sections taken on the respective lines 3 3, 4 4, `and 5-5 of Figure 1.

The essential features of our design for a spoon or similar article reside in the configuration of the handle in combination with the particular type of ornamentation as applied thereto.

We claim: The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
