Be it known that we, Grosvenor N. Allen, Mary Parker Fleming, and Lloyd E. Ressegger, citizens of the United States, residing, respectively, at Oneida, county of Madison, and State of New York, at Fulton, county of Oswego, and State of New York, at Oneida, county of Madison, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which Figure 1 is a front View of a spoon showing our new design;

Figures 2, 3 and 4 are sections taken on th respective lines 22, 3-3, 44 of Figure 1; and

Figure 5 is an enlarged fragmentary face view of the handle of the spoon for the purpose of bringing out more clearly the details of ornamentation.

The essential features of our design for a spoon or similar article reside in the configuration of the handle in combination with the particular type of ornamentation as applied thereto.

We claim:

The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article, substantiallyas shown and described.
