UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE SPOON OR SIMILAR ARTICLE Mary P. Fleming, Fulton, N. Y., assignor to Oneida Ltd., Oneida, N. Y., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Mary Parker Fleming, a citizen of the United States, residing at Fulton, county of Oswego, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Figure 1 is a front view of a spoon showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a back view of the spoon; and

Figures 3 and 4 are sections taken on the re spective lines 3-3 and. 4-4 of Figure 1.

The essential features of. my design for a spoon or similar article reside in the configuration of the handle in combination with the particular type of ornamentation as applied thereto.

I claim: The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article, substantially as shown and described. MARY P. FLEMING.
