Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D54-12) To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, William H. Gerth, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York city, county and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Figure 1 is a front view of a spoon showing my new design;

Figure .2 is a back view of the spoon; and

Figures 3, 4 and 5 are sections taken on the respective lines 3-3, 44 and 55 of Figure 1.

Figure 6 is a side elevational view of the spoon.

TIE- 4 The essential features of my design for a spoon or similar article reside in the configuration of the handle in combination with the particular ornamentation as applied thereto.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
