Be it known that I, Milton Bernstein, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city of New York, county of New York, State of New York, have invented a new, original, and. ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article of Flatware, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof, in which:

Fig. l is a front elevational view of a spoon or similar article of flatware, showing the essential features of my design in full lines.

Fig. 2 is a side elevation thereof.

Fig. 3 is a transverse section taken on line 3-3 of Fig. 1.

I claim: The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article of flatware, as shown and described.
