Be it known that I, Milton Bernstein, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article of Flatware, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a spoon showing the essential features of my design in full lines;

Fig. 2 is a side elevation thereof; and

Fig. 3 is a transverse section taken on line 3-3 of Fig. 1.

I claim: The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article of flatware, as shown and described.
