SPOON OR SIMILAR ARTICLE OF FLATWARE Marion Weeber, New York, N. Y., assignor to National Silver Company, New York, N. Y., a corporation of New York Application April 15, 1949, Serial No. 2,030

Be it known, that I, Marion Weeber, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article of Flatware, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a front elevation of a spoon or similar article of flatware embodying my new design.

Fig. 2 is a side elevation thereof.

Fig. 3 is a section taken on line 3-3 of Fig. 1.

The essential features of my design are shown in full lines.

I claim: The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article of flatware, as shown and described.
