Be it known that I, William H. Gerth, la, citizen of the United States, residing at Oneida, county of Madison, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a spoon or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Figure 1 is a, front View of a spoon, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a back view of the spoon;

Figures 3 and 4 are sections taken on the respective lines 3-3 and 4-4 of Figure 1.

The essential features of my design for a. spoon or similar article reside in the configuration of the handle in combination with the particular type of ornamentation as applied thereto.

I claim: The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
