PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SPOON OR SIMILAR ARTICLE Grosvenor N. Allen and William H. Gerth, Oneida, N. Y., assignors to Oneida Ltd., Oneida, N. Y., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Grosvenor N. Allen and William H. Gerth, citizens of the United States, residing at Oneida, county of Madison and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Figure 1 is a front View of a spoon showing our new design;

Figure 2 is a back view of the spoon;

Figures 3, 4, and 5 are sections taken on the respective lines 3--3; 4-4 and 5-5 of Figure 1; and

Figure 6 is a section on the line 6--6 of Figure 2.

The essential features of our design for a spoon or similar article reside in .the configuration of the handle in combination with the particular type of ornamentation as applied thereto.

We claim: The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
