Be it known that I, William H. Gerth, a citizen of the United States, residing at Oneida, county of Madison, and State of New York, have in- Vented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a spoon or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing formin g a part thereof, in which:

Figure 1 is a front View of a spoon showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a back View of the spoon; and

Figures 3 and 4 are sections taken on the respective lines 3-3 and 4-4' of Figure 1.

The essential features of my design for a spoon or similar article reside in the configuration of the handle in combination with the particular type of ornamentation as applied thereto.

I claim: The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
