DESIGN FOR A NECKLACE.
SPECIFICATION fprming part of Design No, 15,915, dated March 3, 1885.
Application flled January 13, 1885. Term of patent 3i years.
The figu re illustrates my design as connected 15 with a chain and having its two parts united by chain-links, from which a locket is suspended between the sections of the front piece.
a designates the chain which is intended to 20 encircle the neck. a designatesthe links which unite the two front-piece sections, and b designates a locket suspended from links a and lying between the sections of the front piece.
B B designate the two sections which form the front piece, and each of which is broader '2 5 at the end contiguous to the locket and tapers to a point at the opposite end, so that when viewed together they present the appearance of a crescent divided transversely at its greatest width. J I
Having thus described my new and original design, I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent The design. for a necklace, consisting of the two sections B B, connected by the links a, 5 and the pendant or locket b, as set forth.
