Description

UNITED STATES PATENT OEEICE.
HEINRICH HENRIGH, OF ,NEW YORK, N. Y., ASSIGNOR TO ROSA HENRIGH, OF SAME PLACE.
DESIGN FOR A FINGER-RING.
SPECIFICATION forming part of :Designl No. 12,957, dated .Tune 6, 1882.
Application tiled April l, 1882. Term of patent 3.5 years.
To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, HEINRICH HENRICH, of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Finger-Rings, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description.
Reference is to be had to the accompanying drawings, forming part of this specification, in which similar letters of reference indicate corresponding` parts in both the figures.
Figure 1 isaside elevation ofmy new design, shown as applied to a ring. Fig. 2 is a sectional elevation ofthe same, taken through the line m x, Fig. 1.
In my new design the head A projects in angular form over the Shanks B ot' the ring C.
The shanks B are widened or ared as they join'the head A, and are ornamented with an I ndian-dart ornamentation, D, formed of four (more or less) perforations in the shape of Indian darts, with their points from the head A, the metal D between the perforations also representing Indian darts with their points toward the said head. Below the dart ornamentheir bases toward the dart ornamentation, the
triangular spaces between the raised triangles being lat. The ring O, below the triangular ornamentation E, may have ornaments F engraved upon it. Across the shanks B, above and below the triangular ornamentation E, are formed grooves to give a better effect to the said ornamentation. The ends of the border E project beyond the side edges of the shanks B, as shown in Fig. 1.
Having thus fully described my invention, I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patentl. The design for a linger-ring herein shownand described, the same consisting of the Indian-dart ornamentation D D upon the shanks ofthe ring O, and below the projecting edge of the head A, as set forth.
. 2. The design fora linger-ring herein shown and described, the same consisting ot the -triangular ornamentation E, in connection with the Indian-dart ornamentation D, as set forth.
HEINRICH HENRIOH.
