The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part of the same.
To all whom it may concern.:

A represents a continuous leather strap, about an inch in width, and the thickness of heavy upper' or light strap-leatlier. In length, it is usually eighteen to twenty-four inches, more or less.
