declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same, sucent to enable others skilled in thevart to which our invention appertains to fully understand and use the' same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, which are made a part of this specication, and in which- -Iligure 1 is a front viewof the device, illustrating our invention, and
